Synopsis
The Rough World saga continues where the first book left off.
Rough World is the most popular video game in the U.S. and the absolute favorite for 11-year-old Some Random Guy and his best friend Tannic. By a freak chain of events while playing the game, they ended up in the real Rough World. Armed with the famed Dragonwrigley sword, they faced real life and death struggles as they attempted to defeat Mr. Eville with the help of Dr. Denton. SRG successfully returned home but Tannic was stuck in Rough World.
Now Some Random Guy must make the decision to return to Rough World to rescue his friend. Their previous success has inspired an insurgency by the citizens of the Jagged City against Mr. Eville and his hoard of Minotaur. Defeated by Some Random Guy and Tannic in World One, he is rife with revenge. In this epic good versus evil battle, Some Random Guy’s fateful decision leads to unexpected challenges and a new player along the way. Their collective success will ultimately depend upon their own skills and the genius of Dr. Denton if they ever hope to return home and see their families again.
