About the Author

Brett Cowell is an artist, business advisor, entrepreneur, and author of two books: The Good Life Book (2017) and Ascending Growth (2022).
Brett was active in the electronic music scene in Sydney during the early 1990's, as a DJ, promoter and on public radio. Interested in technology, he took a job in management consulting, completed an MBA and travelled the world fixing supply chains, and helping people and businesses to transform. In 2016 he left consulting to pursue creative interests, including writing, music, video/film and podcasting.  And to search for the "Complete" life.
Brett is currently the Founder and CEO of Total Life Complete LLC, a lifestyle and media company focused on personal and professional development, creativity and leadership. He was born on the Isle of Man and raised and educated in Sydney, Australia. After spending six years in London, Brett relocated to Dallas, Texas where he now lives with his wife and two children.
