Synopsis
This colorful 32-page picture book is about a secret agent, with an important mission, a few disguises and an adventurous journey. His name is Agent H2O, he's a drop of water, and has been around for millions of years. His assignment takes him on an escapade, evaporating up into the clouds and raining down again, later disguising himself as an ice crystal, and snowing down to a ski slope. His grueling job requires getting sucked up by a thirsty plant root, swallowed by a coyote at a watering hole, and chased by the evil villain, Scummy Pollution. The story provides an entertaining romp through the water cycle for elementary school kids.

About the Author
Rita Goldner, author and illustrator of children's picture books, is a recent winner of the Nautilus Book Silver Award, for Children's Picture Books, Non-Fiction. My educational background is Elementary Education, with a concentration in Art. I've always had a passion for drawing and painting, especially in whimsical, colorful illustrations. I served in the Navy after college, and traveled all over the world, absorbing the beauty of diversity in landscapes, customs and cultures. My curiosity led me to a beginner's class on picture book writing and illustrating, but I soon got "hooked" and attended many more classes and workshops, and devoured how-to books. My writing style is whimsical and fun, and my illustrations colorful and child-like. I like to educate children with my books, but not at the cost of high-spirited adventure!
