Predator. Killer. Monster.

The words echo in Sunny Martin’s head each time she looks in the mirror. Since the night she was torn from her car and drained of her blood, only one fear rivals that of the hungry beast within her - the fear of exposure.

Her lonely struggle to survive on the edge of the human world leads Sunny to the mountain peaks of Colorado where she meets Nicolas, the enigmatic leader of a hidden society.

Their passion, tainted by betrayal, violence, and murder, reveals a shocking truth behind Sunny's savage nature, and drives her toward an agonizing Choice between her heart and the last remnant of her human soul.

About this title

About the Author

Roh Morgon discovered the magic in stories at an early age, both in books and the ones she made up in her head.

She woke up one day with the image of a strange woman in her mind who insisted on showing Roh her story. Sunny, along with Nicolas, spent the next six months hounding Roh to write it down. Watcher is the result of that haunting, and will be followed in 2017 by the sequel, Runner.

Roh currently shares her home in the Sierra Nevada foothills with three mustang horses, two crazy herding dogs, and a very patient husband who reminds her of the need to eat and sleep. She writes fantasy and urban fantasy for middle grade, young adults, and adults.

You can find Roh at www.rohmorgon.com, on her blog at www.rohmorgon.com/blog, and on Facebook, Goodreads, and Twitter.

Review

** Winner of the 2019 Silver Stake Award from the International Vampire Film and Arts Festival.
From ReadFree.ly: ". . . one of the best books I've read in a long, long time. Watcher is a masterful blend of vampire lore, fantasy, and romance, all wrapped up in a thrilling tale that is somehow both fast-paced and incredibly detailed at the same time. . . Sunny is our guide as we dive into the world of the ageless, and as she loses the last shreds of her humanity, I guarantee that you will lose your heart to this book." -- David, ReadFree.ly
