About the Author
JD Solomon, PE, CRE, CMRP is an engineer, planner, consultant, and facilitator. His experience in reliability, risk, and resiliency includes both the built and natural environments. In addition to his consulting experience with clients in the public and private sector, he has managed and owned several businesses and led many state and local boards, commissions, and associations. He is also an accomplished amateur baseball coach and sailor.
