About the Author

Eduardo Perez is an operations and process improvement leader with over 15 years of operational and corporate experience. Eduardo is an expert in leadership and process improvement practices and has won several awards for his business turnaround achievements. Eduardo has saved the companies he has worked for millions of dollars, helping them significantly reduce errors and improve their cycle times, improving the customer experience. He has held various leadership positions across the manufacturing, technology, and financial services industries. He is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Lean Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). In 2016, Eduardo was awarded the 40 Under 40 Young Hispanic Corporate Achievers (YHCA) Award. 

Eduardo currently runs a YouTube channel and the website/blog, theprocessman.com. Eduardo is the founder and principal consultant of TPM Consulting Group, which helps small businesses and entrepreneurs survive the growth curve by helping them establish a strong operational foundation.
