Persian Learner Instructor’s Guide has been developed for instructors with basic knowledge of teaching methodology. This is not an introduction to teaching Persian; it is, rather, a detailed explanation of modules and units of the Persian Learner set, as well as key answers to the selected set of exercises. For information on a general introduction to teaching foreign languages, refer to the book’s bibliography. This guide covers Persian Learner Part One, Part Two and Part Three. Persian Learner series has been developed based on the latest language learning standards that define clear-cut student learning objectives. Lessons have been sequenced based on the complexity of language tasks and spiraled up in line with the intended proficiency levels. The set has been primarily designed as classroom textbooks but can also be used as a tutorial. Persian Learner series has been supported by the Farhang Foundation and USC Dornsife Department of Middle East Studies.
