About the Author

Katharine M. Nohr is the author of Managing Risk in Sport and Recreation: The Essential Guide for Loss Prevention and the legal mysteries, Land Sharks, Freewheel, and VO2 Max, in the Tri-Angles Series. She speaks internationally on Olympic Games and professional athlete risk management. Ms. Nohr served as Regional Coordinator of Officials, appellate hearings officer and member of the Pacific Northwest Council for USA Triathlon. Ms. Nohr served as a Judge (per diem) of the Honolulu District Court and continues to practice insurance defense litigation in Hawaii.
