We then found that many people end up buying all sorts of expensive blank journals figuring they'll take notes and figure things out that way, but that, alas, is often still too complicated. What we realized was that we wanted a usable, spiral-bound workbook that would lay flat while writing, and provide the user with a pleasant, approachable way to invest themselves into the heart of their developing practice. With short readings, writing prompts and journaling space, this workbook is all you need to start out.
