About the Author

Stephanie Moore is a Gallup-certified strengths coach with more than two decades of experience in leadership development, career consulting, and executive coaching. Her broad industry experience includes the telecommunications, high tech, biotech, manufacturing, healthcare, finance, nonprofit, and career development sectors. As a strengths-based practitioner, she has used her unique blend of expertise, passion, and spirituality to help thousands of people discover more fulfilling and rewarding career paths. She has designed and currently delivers the highly successful and comprehensive development courses, Strengths-Based Development and Strengths-Based Teams, to organizations, universities, and associations across the globe. Since launching The Moore Group, Inc., in 2000, Moore has provided her consultation and facilitation expertise to a number of leading-edge organizations, including Cisco Systems, NetApp, eBay, LinkedIn, SalesForce, Genentech, Oracle, Texas Instruments, Stanford University, and Lucille Packard Hospital. In 2008, she cofounded the Catholic Strengths and Engagement Community, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps faith-based leaders build vibrant and engaged communities by helping individuals discover their God-given talents and gifts. She is a native of Northern California and attended St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology.
