About the Authors

John E. Edlund is Professor of Psychology at the Rochester Institute of Technology, USA. He has won numerous teaching awards and is passionate about the improvement of research methods and the dissemination of psychological knowledge.

Austin Lee Nichols is Associate Professor of Organizational Psychology at Central University in Vienna, Austria. He has worked in various faculty and research positions around the world in both Psychology and Management, published in a variety of research disciplines, and won awards for his teaching, research, and service.
