About the Author
James G. Speight has more than 50 years of experience in areas associated with the properties and processing of conventional crude oil, heavy crude oil, extra heavy crude oil, tar sand bitumen, natural gas, coal, oil shale, biomass, biofuels, and synthetic fuels. He has well over 400 publications, reports, and presentations detailing these research activities and has taught more than 80 related courses.
