Synopsis
En janvier 2015, j'ai pris une énorme décision, une de celles qui allaient changer ma vie : réaliser un rêve en posant un congé solidarité de six mois et partir pour une mission humanitaire en Thaïlande. Basé sur un blog que j’ai tenu tout au long de mon aventure, ce livre présente plus de 175 jours de découverte d’un pays incroyable, d’une culture riche et d’une population extrêmement attachante. Il contient la totalité de mes pérégrinations, mes démarches pour réaliser ce rêve, mes ressentis semaine après semaine et évidemment une myriade de photos.

About the Author
Née en 1983, Marion est vite attirée par un engagement associatif très fort. Elle se détourne un temps de cette passion en suivant ses études puis en entrant dans la vie active. A 30 ans, alors que sa carrière professionnelle est prometteuse, un drame familial la force à se reposer des questions primordiales sur ses aspirations. Elle réalise alors que les rêves de son enfance sont encore bien présents et qu’elle souhaite, à son échelle, s’engager pour un monde meilleur basé sur des valeurs humaines de solidarité et d’entraide. De voyages courts au Cambodge à des actions plus localisées en Paca, elle transmet son optimisme et sa joie de vivre. En 2015, elle décide de faire une pause professionnelle, répond à une offre de volontariat postée par une association thaïlandaise et part s’immerger 6 mois dans la ville de Chiang Mai.
