Synopsis

On a dying multi-generation spaceship, where rigid Protocols govern every aspect of life, one girl, silenced and excluded, risks everything to save her home.

Possessed of unique genetic gifts, 17-year-old Perdit pursues a dream of joining the Navcrew and confronting the threat that nearly destroyed life on her deck as a child, only to have her ambitions thwarted by a corrupt administration that values her only as a potential birth mother.

With the environment collapsing, Perdit undertakes a heroic mission to overcome self-doubt, transgress boundaries, gather allies, and get answers, while facing off against paranoid cabals, alien attacks, and an AI that subjects her to invasive tests to prove her worthiness.

A story for readers who love classic space adventure, dystopian futures, courageous heroines, and robots.
