The author Eleanor Walker has dedicated a lengthy part of her life as a working Medium. Originally as a young child she was aware of what she called "knowings" and often sensed when people had died. She was born in the 1950's at a time when such knowledge or behaviour was seen as something to be avoided or hidden away. The older she became the more she enquired about her ability, eventually developing her gift under the guidance of an older Medium, Mrs Agnes Pearson. As time went on she found her mediumship was bringing comfort to those who were grieving. Continuing to develop her Spiritual gifts, she was tutored by Gordon Smith, a well known and much respected Scottish medium. Eleanor always had a great interest in Colour and after gaining a diploma in Colour Therapy she went on to use it with her mediumship as well as in healing work, especially with animals. This book tells Eleanor's story as she progresses on the Spiritual pathway, describing her journey from childhood memories to her present day work where she continues to bring the words of Spirit to the physical world through public demonstrations and private sittings. She has travelled extensively throughout the UK, Ireland, Germany, and the USA conducting workshops and giving Mediumship demonstrations. Her book is punctuated with wonderful stories of evidential readings that have been heartfelt, comforting and at times funny. She has met many experienced mediums along the way who have helped her, given her confidence and kept her true to Spiritual beliefs. The Spirit guides and helpers, including Doctor Karl, (a Doctor in Spirit) who helps in her healing work continue to be her most important teachers.
