About the Author

Michael A. Kahn, DDS, is Chairman and tenured Professorof the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, OralMedicine and Craniofacial Pain, at Tufts University School ofDental Medicine. He also serves as Laboratory Director of TuftsOral Pathology Services and maintains a clinical intramuralpractice. He has authored more than 60 articles in professionaljournals and actively lectures nationally. He is a Fellow of theAmerican Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and aDiplomate and Director of the American Board of Oral andMaxillofacial Pathology. Dr. Kahn is also a Past-President of theAmerican Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.

J. Michael Hall, DDS, MABMH, is Associate Professor inthe Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, Oral Medicine,and Craniofacial Pain at Tufts University School of Dental Medicineand Director of the Department's Division of Oral and MaxillofacialPathology. Dr. Hall has published in the medical and dentalpeer?]reviewed literature on a variety of pathology subjects with aspecial interest in intrabony tumors of the jaws. He has also givennumerous invited lectures and presentations at conferencesnationally and internationally.
