The citizens will welcome this, no doubt, and may wish for a similar list for summer recreation. At the beginning of this mimeographed report are given the names and addresses of all the Park Commissioners; at the end the names, locations and means of access of the public parks, playgrounds and gymnasiums are listed by Boroughs. The main portion of the list is arranged alphabetically by the name oi the sport, while the places are entered by Boroughs. It is the official organ of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, International Association for Identification, National Bureau of Identification, and a large number of State Associations.
