Raymond Cheung is a Chief Geotechnical Engineer in the Geotechnical Engineering Office of the Civil Engineering and Development Department in Hong Kong with twenty years experience, and with primary responsibility for Landslip Prevention and Mitigation Works. He was the technical secretary involved with the publication of Geoguide 7 (Guide to the Soil Nail Design and Construction), which is currently the well received standard for soil nailing construction in Hong Kong as well as other Asian countries.
Ken Ho is Deputy Head of the Geotechnical Engineering Office of the Civil Engineering and Development Department in Hong Kong with extensive practical experience of soil nailing.
