RESOLUTION Authorizing the repaving of a small street, between Delaware Avenue and Water Streets, above Market Street, in the Sixth Ward, with tramway stone. Resolved, By the Select and Common Councils of the City of Philadelphia, That the Chief Commissioner of Highways be and is hereby authorized and directed to repave the street or alley running from between numbers twelve and fourteen North Delaware Avenue to between numbers eleven and thirteen North Water Street, in the Sixth Ward. The said repaving to be done with tramway stone in the tracks of the wheels; and if the cartway is wider than is necessary for a single track, the said Commissioner is hereby authorized to reduce the width thereof, by taking an equal quantity from each side. Resolved, By the Select and Common Councils of the City of Philadelphia, That the Chief Commissioner of Highways be and is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with a competent paver or pavers for the repaving of Potts Street, from Twelfth to Thirteenth Street, in the Fourteenth Ward.
