Dr. Neera Jain is Assistant Professor, Business Communication at the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. She has 21 years of experience of teaching and research and is actively involved in research, teaching, training and development at MDI. Her MDP modules have received overwhelming appreciation from participants across various levels in organisations like Hyundai Motors, Barclays Shared Services, NSPCL (NTPC), RITES, JK Laxmi Cement, NK MINDA, NIC, BEL, ONGC, JINDAL Steel, BPCL, Central Electricity Authority, Oil India Ltd, Bureau of Police Research and Development etc. Her interest areas include Leadership Communication, Cross Cultural Communication, Crisis Communication, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Personality Development. She has received MDI Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2011. Shoma Mukherji is currently pursuing Executive Fellowship Program in Management at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. She has completed a Masters in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management, U.S.A and has been a HR practitioner for 15 years. She currently works as a consultant in HR, Brand Development, Sales Administration and Training. Her research interests are Leadership Communication, Intercultural Communication, Cultural Intelligence, Global Leadership, Gender Issues and Corporate Social Responsibility. Her publications include book chapters and research papers in national/international journals/conference proceedings.
