Ciara Barclay-Buchanan, MD, is associate vice chair of operations and medical director at University Hospital Adult ED, BerbeeWalsh Department of Emergency Medicine; associate professor at University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health; and emergency medicine service chief at William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, WI.
