Dr. Hall is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor at the University of South Alabama College of Nursing in Mobile, Alabama. She has worked as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in a level III neonatal intensive care unit. Dr. Hall has taught evidence-based practice in nursing to undergraduate students, advanced nursing research to graduate students, and evidence-based practice and quality improvement in health care systems to doctoral students. In addition, she serves as faculty advisor to doctoral students completing residency coursework.
