Dead Men Don't Eat Lunch paints a devastating picture of how British Governments have been corrupted for 30 years by huge bribes from the international arms trade, and how that corruption may even now be tainting the Liberal-Conservative Coalition Government of David Cameron and Nick Clegg. Special emphasis is given in Dead Men to the role of 'Al Yamamah,' the notorious $150 billion arms contract between Great Britain and Saudi Arabia, which still generates $300 million in kickbacks every year. The author sets out, in gripping detail, his own discovery that the mysterious death of his close colleague, and former rising British political star, Hugh Simmonds CBE, was the direct consequence of his deadly role as British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher's personal arms dealer, money-launderer and assassin.

From the Back Cover:
Dead Men Don't Eat Lunch offers answers to many of the burning questions of the last couple of decades:  Where did Saddam's WMDs go?  Why did the Princess of Wales die?  What ugly secret lay behind the close relationship between Tony Blair and George W. Bush?  And what is the real agenda of the Priory of Sion, the ancient society made famous in The Da Vinci Code?

The author's story begins in 1988, in a plush, leafy suburb of London, England, when the author's best friend turns up dead, in a beauty spot, a few miles from their home town.  Almost immediately, it is discovered that some £5 million ($7.5 million) is 'missing' from the friend's law office.

The death makes international headlines: The friend, one Hugh Simmonds, CBE., was seen as a fast-riser in the political party of the then British Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher, for whom Simmonds was a favorite speechwriter.

Already suspicious of the mysterious circumstances of Simmonds' death, the author is thrust onto a seventeen-year rollercoaster of global intrigue, when he is told that Simmonds' death was intimately connected to his being an officer of and assassin for Britain's foreign intelligence service, MI6; and to his role as Margaret Thatcher's 'dirty tricks' troubleshooter.

The author's quest for answers finds him in a succession of dangerous, but often comical, situations: A high-speed car chase in Glasgow, Scotland, with an officer of Britain's MI6, who plays the banjo, and is also a Teutonic Knight of the secretive Priory of Sion.  A surreal meeting with a former Mossad operative (accompanied by his wife and mother), in an Indian restaurant, in Montreal.  A warning-off from a CIA officer, over a glass of Merlot, on a sunny, Sunday afternoon, in his back yard, while playing with his four year old daughter.

Slowly, a picture forms of massive and continuing international corruption, most of it connected to illegal arms sales, and much of it including WMD technology.  The author is told that Simmonds, trained to kill, was part of an ongoing elite group, whose primary mission is to smooth the path of the deadly trade in Great Britain.

When the author seeks confirmation or denial of his allegations, he is met with a widespread cover-up that actively includes the offices of two British Prime Ministers, John Major and Tony Blair, and the US Department of Justice, under Presidents Clinton and Bush.

No-one has ever recovered the £5 million ($7.5 million) originally missing from Simmonds' law practice, but Law Society investigators did discover evidence of up to £100 million ($150 million) that Simmonds had been laundering for other un-named parties.  And the author's own efforts led to a money trail of some £8million ($12 million), moving directly from Simmonds to Margaret Thatcher's son, Mark, in Texas.
