About the Author

Aaris Sherin is faculty at St. John's University, New York, USA where she teaches typography and advanced projects. She is the author of Sustainable Thinking (Bloomsbury, 2017) and Introduction to Graphic Design (Bloomsbury, 2017) and has also served as editor for Grove Art Online and as reviews editor for the journal Design and Culture.
