This comprehensive, superbly illustrated text teaches electronics fundamentals for both DC and AC circuits, from Ohm's Law to series and parallel resonant circuits and continues through to explore basic semiconductor devices. A conventional flow approach to circuit analysis that is supported by extensive and diverse troubleshooting coverage, as well as practical application of concepts, provides a depth of knowledge that is fitting for technician-level training. Essential concepts are strategically presented in a user-friendly fashion that balances basic theory with hands-on circuit analysis. Readers will easily move from the "known to the unknown" as they gain a foundation in modern electronics fundamentals that is sufficient to launch a career or pursue more advanced study.
