Although this guide in no way matches some of the most recent publications in terms of artistry, it does introduce novices to the ins and outs of applying scissors to papers, then adding trims and adhesives. Four sections define the content, each progressively more detailed and intricate; the author starts with the basics and basic techniques, then proceeds beyond the basics to creative presentations. Projectsincludepop-ups, accordion pleats, punch art, pockets for confetti, rubber and postage stamps, among a wealth of suggestions.
