About the Author

Ray Lawler was born in Manhattan, New York. He joined the Army at seventeen and retired as Major twenty years later. During his career he served in the infantry and intelligence fields in Europe, Korea and Viet Nam. His experiences during that time helped in developing the stories he writes. Ray and his wife Trudy live in Casa Grande, Arizona where Ray continues his writing career.

His next book, The Paladin Conspiracy, is due to be in bookstores in 2006.
