About the Author

VERONIQUE AMBROSINI is a Lecturer in Strategic Management at Cranfield School of Management. Her research interests include the resource-based theory of the firm, tacit knowledge, organisational routines and competitive advantage.
 
MARK JENKINS is Professor of Competitive Strategy and Deputy Research Director at Nottingham University Business School. His research interests focus on the areas of competitive strategy, knowledge and innovation.
