K-Gr. 2. These titles in the Dinosaur Find series don't offer much in terms of report material even though the format resembles a simple encyclopedia. Each volume focuses on different areas where dinosaurs once lived, giving brief information on a selection of individual animals. The illustrations are an odd mix of drawings, photographs, and digital images, and each spread includes pronunciation guides, a size comparison to humans, and a note about animals of today in which the dinosaur's characteristics can be seen. Also included are a glossary, suggestions for further reading, and a Web link leading to more on dinosaurs. These books will have to be read aloud to most young dino fans, but there's enough of interest to keep their attention. Carlos Orellana
