About the Author:

Art Baltazar is a super-cartoonist machine from the heart of Chicago and the winner of two Eisner awards! He's all about the peace, love and joy. He defines cartoons and comics not only was an art style, but as a way of life. Art started his funky secret art studio in 1994 with his self published comic book "The Cray-Baby Adventures." Since then, he created other comics such as "Captain Camel & the Space Chicken," Lunar Lizard," Meteor Mite" and the famous, "Patrick the Wolf Boy" and "Tiny Titans."

Review:

Being the deep thinker I am, M3 as it will be referred to the rest of the post, surmise that this graphic novel is for the younger audience, thus completing my trifecta of age groups in graphic novels. M3 has a January release date, so this little goodie --Gelati's Scoop Blog

In the recent years graphic novels have really made a comeback and I have done lots of research on how using graphic novels can help get those reluctant readers to read (particularly the boys). So I am always on the lookout for easy to read graphic novels --Lost in a Book Blog

Though this wasn't my personal cup of tea, I bet boys would eat up this series. Capstone sure does know what elementary readers like. Really glad to preview this as a PDF rather than on Kindle so I could see the bright colors! --NetGalley
