About the Author
Errol R. Norwitz is Associate Professor at Yale University School of Medicine; Co-Director of the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine; Director of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship Program; and Director of the Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program. He is based at Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences Yale, New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT, USA
John Schorge is Assocaite Professor at the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Texas Southwestern Medical Centre, University of Texas, Dallas, TX, USA.
