Tom Percival is a writer, artist, video producer and musician. Tom writes and illustrates his own picture books, including Herman's Letter, Herman's Holiday, Bubble Trouble, By the Light of the Moon and Perfectly Norman. Goat's Coat is Tom's fifth picture book for Bloomsbury.
