Luella Agnes Owen (1852-1932) was an American author and fellow of the American Geographical Society. She was born in St. Joseph, Missouri. She taught herself at home for about four years, and then she attended the mixed sex school St. Joseph Public High School, and graduated as valedictorian in either 1870 or 1872. Her works include Cave Regions of the Ozarks and Black Hills (1898).
