Al Kernek has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of California since 1978. He has previously owned and operated a real estate appraisal company and has been a mortgage broker as well. Al also has thirty years of executive-level marketing experience in both Fortune 500 firms and entrepreneurial start-up companies. He has extensive experience in Web marketing and the use of e-mail newsletters to promote products and services. Among his many interests is a passion for bike riding along the California coastline, good mystery and horror novels, and charitable works. Al is a Toastmaster who resides with his wife and an assortment of critters in San Diego, California.
