About the Author

Born in Sharon, Pennsylvania, Dr. Fowler was raised as a minister's son, developing early on a curious interest in the deep things of God's word. After attending private academies during his high school years, he entered Emmanuel Missionary College (later becoming Andrews University) to do his undergraduate work in zoology and chemistry.

Graduating from college in 1961, he attended Loma Linda University and completed a doctorate of medicine degree in 1965.

He later completed training at the Mayo Clinic in internal medicine. After a three-year stint in the Army in Okinawa, he was called to teach at the School of Public Health, Loma Linda University, California. In 1988 he started a ministry, which would become the Christian Heritage Foundation, to begin addressing end-time challenges of the Christian faith.

Forming a subdivision to the foundation, called Prophecy Research Initiative, a team of professional and lay individuals joined Dr. Fowler in a phrase by phrase analysis of the book of Revelation. The question they answered in a several-volumed commentary: "Does this phrase, verse or contextual message have importance to the end of time and the final generation of people to live on this planet?" The team concluded that the primary application of that book was future end-time.

That same question was addressed by Dr, Fowler in a study of Daniel 8-12. Working out of the Christian Heritage Foundation office in banning, California, he discovered that the visions, themes and timed prophecies of those chapters not only addressed the end-time church, but its messages were structured to be an introduction to the book of Revelation! End Time Secrets of Daniel 8-12 shares some of those exciting discoveries with its readers.

He works full time, writing and speaking at churches in end-time seminars and prophecy workshops. Several workbooks for ministers and teachers have been produced. His passion is to train such individuals to, in tune, train others to unfold the truths for these solemn times.
