Mrs. Rabbit tells her children Flopsy, Mopsy, Cotton-tail, and Peter not to go into Mr. McGregor’s garden. Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cotton-tail go down the lane to gather blackberries, but naughty Peter Rabbit disobeys his mother and runs into Mr. McGregor’s garden. When he meets Mr. McGregor, however, Peter must make a quick escape.
