Book Description:
This book is for homeowners who are in jeopardy of losing their houses through foreclosure because they can’t pay the mortgage. It provides a thorough, easy-to-understand, compassionate look at the available options so that homeowners can determine if they should: leave their home and move on; file for bankruptcy; fight the foreclosure; apply for one of the federal programs for distressed homeowners, or explore another foreclosure alternative.
