    About the Authors

    Denis Clifford is an estate planning attorney in Berkeley, California. He is the author of many Nolo titles, including Quick & Legal Will Book, Make Your Own Living Trust and Plan Your Estate, and a coauthor of Form a Partnership: A Complete Legal Guide. He has been interviewed by such major media as The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Money Magazine.

    Ralph Warner a pioneer of the do-it-yourself law movement, co-founded Nolo in 1971. He began publishing do-it-yourself law books after numerous publishers rejected them. Warner holds a law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley and an undergraduate degree from Princeton.
