About the Author
L. DeVere Burton received a Ph.D. in Agricultural Education, Iowa State University. He is an Adult Consultant to Nominating Committee, National FFA Organization, and was recognized by Who's Who In Science And Engineering; and Who's Who In America. Burton served as Past State President, IVATA and Past National President, NASAE, and has contributed to The Agricultural Education Magazine.
