Dreams, visions, imagination, could it become part of your reality? Amelia Klein, 16 years old, gets those dreams, which become visions, which becomes her reality. Amy lives in NYC and her mom works as a lawyer on the 44th floor of the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Her journey is trying to figure out this vision, what her instincts lead her to and convince her parents it's getting serious. As the days approach the month of September, Amelia's vision are more powerful and lucid. She can now locate the major theme. But there are so much more unanswered questions. Will her dream mean anything to the busy population of NYC, or will it be something she keeps to herself? On Tuesday, September 11th, 2001, Amy didn't sleep that night; she had the intense vision once more; she's worried, half dead of anxiousness. She goes to school, her mom goes to work; but she watches every step of her journey to school, every click of a clock, every movement that could be suspicious to her. What happens next...is for you to find out.

About the Author:
Rafaella Biscayn-Debest, 14, born in Paris, but American at heart and proud to live in America is currently in the International Baccalaureate Program at Coral Reef High School; Miami’s Mega Magnet School. Shortly after arriving to America, September 11th happened. That day, she was attending her 6th grade homeroom. She was 11. She was so deeply shocked, so wrecked and so sad, that coming home, she wrote in her diary deep feelings and inside thoughts, which became poems and part of what she calls a reality novel; “Call 911 on 9/11 at 9:11”. “Writing is a passion for me since I was very young, I had written a lot of little things that never got finished or ended as poems, songs or really short novels." In May 2004, she received the Memorial Award for Excellence in Writing from the Dube-Brezina Foundation. “I wrote this book to escape from the horror vision I had, because I could not express myself in any other way, even with music. I needed to breath again. In August 2002, when Rafaella went to New York City to visit ground zero, she, crossing her heart and blessing America, melted in tears. “The publishing of “Call 911 on 9/11 at 9:11” is truly an experience I would like to share with others, so, I want this novel to serve as an inspiring example for kids and let them know they can achieve the same goal.”
