About the Author:
Dr. Robert S. Walker occupied faculty and administrative position in several universities prior to his retirement in 1990, as Professor Emeritus, from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Over the years, he has been the recipient of distinguished teaching and research awards, has published in constitutional law and history, politics, and is the author of a general, college-level introduction to the AIDS epidemic.
