About the Author

I graduated from Lock Haven College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. I also completed my Masters Degree at the university of Pittsburgh. As a parent and an educator I know that when children are guided in the right direction, wonderful things can occur. We need to begin the important process of identifying their gifts. With my twenty-four years of parenting, and my thirty years of teaching experience I feel I am able to share valuable information with parents. I thank my parents for allowing me to pursue my dream of teaching. My mother said as early as ten years old I would play school with my siblings and my neighbors. My wish for all parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles, help a child discover their hidden talents. I?m glad my husband and I invested time, energy and money for our two children. It has all been worth the journey.

It's a very competitive, and complicated world that today's young people must survive in each day. In many socialistic and communistic societies the government chooses children with special gifts, and educates them to succeed. In America, our culture expects the parents to identify and enhance their children's special talents, along with everything else that must be done. This book explains the how and the why to achieve this task. Seller Inventory # 9781420895209
