Expanded and updated throughout, Planning and Control of Land Development continues the tradition of providing a comprehensive view of land use law integrated with a full review of planning practice and techniques. This Eighth Edition retains the organization, features and approaches that have made prior editions so well-received, but has been revised with several significant enhancements.
The CD-ROM that accompanies the Teacher's Manual includes additional teaching tools such as relevant site plans, statutes and ordinances, and photographs of case subject sites. The authors maintain a course website at http://law.wustl.edu/landuselaw/, providing materials to update and supplement the casebook, including: new cases, articles, statutes and ordinances, photographs of Supreme Court cases, and other materials designed to assist instructors teaching the course.
This book also is available in a three-hole punched, alternative loose-leaf version printed on 8.5 x 11 inch paper with wider margins and with the same pagination as the hardbound book.
