PueDy is a special and friendly little skunk. He's a happy fellow who loves to play with animal friends and with children. He doesn't have a very bad smell like most skunks do and has a special "gift" that enables him to talk to children and some times to grown ups too. He can do many things other animals can not. The most special thing about PueDy is - the magical power in his beautiful black and white striped tail. He can use his tail to do all sorts of things. He can shape it into a tool or use it as a shovel and he can even use it to help him fly. Helping others and having fun are the two things that PueDy likes to do most of all. In this story PueDy and the school children are walking through the forest on their way home from school when they encounter a fierce Black Wolf. The wolf has come down from his mountain home to look for food. He is a danger to them all. PueDy warns the wolf to back away but it is too late. The wolf leaps in attack. PueDy fights with the Black Wolf and sprays the wolf with a cloud of bad smelling skunk mist. The wolf is stunned and knowing he has lost the battle runs away. PueDy is recognized as a hero in school and by the forest animals with his favorite dinner. It is a grand time for all.
