Frederick R. Ridolf describes the charmed life he has lived in his autobiography, "Rucker Remembers". Being considered part of "The Greatest Generation, Fred traces his way through the public school system to volunteering for the pre aviation cadet program of the U.S. Army Air Corps in February 1944 Washing out of the aviation cadet program, he was sent to the Air Corps Radio, Electronics and Primary and Advanced Radar schools before being shipped to Furth, Germany and assignment to R-28 Air Base that handled the attorneys, witnesses and visitors to the International Military Tribunal's Nuremberg War Crimes Trials. We gain insight of the trial as viewed by Ridolf whose name was drawn as a VIP visitor to the trial. Following his service, the author takes us on his journey through college and business and marriage telling many interesting antidotes along the way. He was fortunate in coming in contact with many leading celebrities and pulls no punches when describing his mentors and tormentors. Even though he "worked hard", he found time for world travel and tells of his adventures. We feel the reader will enjoy reading of Rudolf's "tell all" non fiction writing.
