About the Author

Stephanie resides in Stamford, New York, a rural town in the scenic Catskill Mountains, and is employed as a high school English teacher in Roxbury, New York. In addition to working and raising a family, she continues to pursue a healthy lifestyle. Further, she continues to work with students, parents, peers, and many others who are curious about her experiences and have a desire to create their own healthy way of living.
