He has a passion for IT-led business effectiveness and has held leadership roles at several Fortune 500 corporations as well as several commercial outsourcing organizations. He resides in Houston, TX.

It's about time somebody wrote a book on modernizing IT from a business point of view. If you're in the technology business, this is a great read. Very well thought through, it captures the essence of what every enterprise IT shop deals with today, and how to get out of the rut that's so prevalent in this industry.
