This is a very thorough textbook. It is an easy read for a student. The information, questions, illustrations, tips, review and introductory graphics to each chapter are delightful.
The topics are broken down quite easily for a student to understand. These topics leave you with a very good insight into the professional aspect of the business. Chapter 19 and 20 are the best I’ve read or taught from for students. These chapters portray the perfect information needed today to get started and successful.
