Synopsis

You are born with a heart to heal and serve.
You are built for compassion and empathy.
You are wired with a passion to make others feel better.
You are born with a heart to heal and serve.
You are built for compassion and empathy.
You are wired with a passion to make others feel better.

You are a health care professional.

But, if you own your own clinic or are in a high level leadership position in a larger health organization, that "heart to heal" may sometimes get in the way of the business side of your practice. You may feel faced with a constant internal struggle.

Here are the signs:

- Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed, frustrated or resentful?
- Do you work to exhaustion, but still feel like you never get anything done?
- Does your staff fail to follow through...no matter how many times you ask?
- Does the constant focus on insurance companies, legislation and bureaucracy zap your energy and joy?
- Have you forgotten why you pursued this profession in the first place?

From People Problems to Productivity will help bring back your passion, re-create your vision, re-focus your mission and, most importantly, get your staff aligned with your work.

"Working with Kirsten was like peeling an onion back one layer at a time as we worked through the negative issues in my clinic. She helped me gain more confidence and empowered me to lead my employees and clinic better than ever before. I now have a more positive clinic and have started to enjoy working again with a new energy and empowered feeling."

-Dr. Eric Lambert

"Kirsten Ross is the answer to a prayer. Kirsten's skill in unveiling the 'best me, ' allowing me to 'lead from the platform, ' has me believing that I may just be able to take us there."

-Dr. Susan Youngs

"Before working with Kirsten, my voice was not heard. As a business owner, I had a difficult time with staff compliance and expectations. Through her practice-building workshops and facilitated conversations, we were able to come together as a team and I was able to become the team leader and boss I always knew I could be."

-Dr. Rosemary Batanjski
