Wayne Kehl is a fifty-something executive with a major international company. He has been managing people for more than 3 decades and is currently responsible for over 150 employees. Because he has a great sense of humor, when asked why he writes books, Wayne?s answer is, ?Because I don?t like to golf.? The real reason is that he has a passion for writing that consumes all of his free time. He has experienced the highs and lows of people management during his career and has learned that a positive attitude is the only way to get the best from the people he works with.
